Once you have submitted your purchase order, we will phone you to confirm your details, arrange payment and book a delivery time convenient to you.
We don't just supply a new appliance; we can also install it for you and take your old machine away. Here is a list of the services we provide and the charges for each service. All appliances will be tested at the time of installation (apart from refrigeration units that must be left standing in situ for twelve hours before being switched on).
WE ARE UNABLE TO DISCONNECT OR INSTALL GAS APPLIANCES. FOR THESE SERVICES YOU WILL NEED A CORGI REGISTERED PLUMBER.
All services can be applied to your selected item at the checkout. Simply add or remove each service as required, and the total cost will update accordingly.
Disposal of old machine £5
We will disconnect your old machine and take it away to be recycled.
This applies to all machines except refrigeration units.
Disposal of refregeration unit £20
We will disconnect your old refrigeration unit and take it away to be recycled. Because all refrigeration should be left to stand for twelve hours before switching it on, if your old unit is still in use we are happy to return at a later date to remove it.

Connect electric built-in oven or freestanding electric cooker £15
We will install your new built-in electric oven or freestanding cooker to an existing suitable power point.
Connect electric cooker £15
We will install your new electric cooker to an existing suitable power point.
Cut work surface to fit hob £15
If the access hole in your worktop is not large enough to take your new hob, we will cut or trim the work surface (this service is not available for worksurfaces that require specialist cutting).
Please note the area under the work-surface must be clear. If it is necessary to disconnect and reinstall an existing appliance to cut the work-surface, there will be an extra cost of £15.
Install Electric hob £15
We will install a new hob into a work-surface that has already been prepared for installation and connect the hob to an existing suitable power point.
This charge is for installation only - preparation of the work surface is not included. We will disconnect the old electric hob unit if it has not already been done at no extra charge. However, if it is necessary to disconnect and then reconnect any appliance in position under the hob in order to complete installation there will be an extra cost of £15.
Install Electric hob, including removal and refitting of electric oven £30
We will install a new hob into work-surface already prepared for installation and connect to an existing suitable power point. This includes disconnection and reconnection of an existing built-in electric oven.
Reverse door of fridge or freezer £10
We will re-hang the door or doors of your fridge or freezer if it is possible to do so, so they open in the opposite direction.
Connect up washing machine, washer/dryer or dishwasher £10
We will connect up your washing machine, washer/dryer or dishwasher. If there is a pre-existing machine in place at the time of installation, we will disconnect the old machine at no extra charge.
We cannot install new pipe work for your new machine. If there is no water or waste plumbing present where your new machine is to go, we regrettably will not be able to complete installation.
Install integrated appliance £50
We will install a new integrated appliance and refit your existing decor panel. If there is a pre-existing machine in place at the time of installation, we will disconnect the old machine at no extra charge.
Please note we cannot install new pipe work for your new machine. If the appliance requires water or waste plumbing but it is not present, we regrettably will not be able to complete installation.
Installation of freestanding refrigeration unit. FREE
We will ensure that the appliance is level but will not be able to test it as all refrigeration units must be left in situ for twelve hours before being switched on.
Delivery £varies
Delivery is free within GU1, GU2, GU3, GU4, GU7 and GU8 postcode areas, with deliveries to addresses beyond incurring additional charges. Please see our deliveries page for more details.
